The ultra-modern Accra City Hall of the Accra Metropolitan Assembly has operated as event center for conferences, seminars, training, weddings, trade fairs, etc since 2018 and has hosted over 100 events including Ghana Chieftaincy Awards 2019, Women’s Expo 2019, Databank Shareholders Meeting, Bank of Africa Ghana Shareholders meeting, Accra Music Festival, Homowo Homecoming Festival, among others.
Since April, 2020, the Accra City Hall has been closed to public events due to the covid-19 pandemic and government ban social gathering. Following Presidential directive to ease restrictions on social gathering, the Accra City Hall has been re-opened for public event amid strict adherence to all safety protocols to ensure total safety of event patrons.
Listening Bureau as Facility Managers in collaboration with the AMA has put in place the following measures to secure total health and safety of all users of the facility.
